Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Registration Requirement

Authors must complete the registration process via the designated registration tab before submitting an abstract. The registration fee can be paid at a later stage.

2. Submission Options (Abstract or Extended Abstract)

Authors may submit either a short abstract or an extended abstract. For extended abstracts, upload the final document in Microsoft Word format (.docx). Extended abstracts are uploaded to the system once the abstract has been approved.

3. Submission Process

Click the button above to begin the abstract submission process. After registering in the system with your own email address, you may submit your abstract directly through the system. The system will guide you step-by-step during the submission process. You can review and manage your submission in the system using the email and password you registered with.
