PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Presentation Templates

Oral Presentations:

  • Please submit your presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF) to the technical staff in the session hall before your session starts.

  • Time Allotment: 

    • 20 minutes per presentation

      • 15 minutes for the presentation

      • 5 minutes for Q&A

    • To ensure time management, limit your slides to 15, including the title and acknowledgment slides.

  • Invited Speaker Presentations: 

    • 40 minutes total

      • 35 minutes for the presentation

      • 5 minutes for Q&A

Poster Presentations:

  • Poster size: 118 cm (height) x 84 cm (width) (A0 portrait poster should fit the display.)

  • Your poster's date, time, and board number will be provided with the presentation ID in the program floor plan.

  • Please remain by your poster during the scheduled time to engage with attendees.

 

*Articles (abstracts) are accepted after the referee evaluation.
