is a public non-governmental, non-commercial organization, the main objective is to help to a young person to get better integrated in life, to make favourable environment for intellectual and creative development of the youth.
EUROASIAN CONGRESS OF YOUTH –
implements programs and projects for pupils, students and working youth. These are educational, development programs and projects, patriotic, leisure, cultural and sport events.
The main areas of ECY activity are:
Working with youth, public organizations, youth associations and youth leaders;
Cultivation of patriotic values;
Provision of employment opportunities for youth and arrangement of leisure activities;
Promotion of healthy lifestyle;
Arrangement of conditions for social-psychological, juridical support of the youth and prevention of law breach in youth environment;
Support of young families and young specialists;
Inter-regional and international youth cooperation;
Informational support and consultancy;
ECY MAIN OBJECTIVES:
To provide youth with a framework for self-expression to represent innovative approach of youth;
To provide youth with the information on their rights, opportunities in the most important areas of activity;
To provide framework for juridical and social security system to compensate the limitation of age and social status;
To establish conditions to work independently in education and to develop career and managerial skills;
To represent interests and rights of the youth during the design and implementation of the programs, plans and policies on social –economic development of the country.
To assist in solving housing problems and support of young families, socially vulnerable youth;
To establish constant framework for supporting child and youth organizations and their programs;
Main Goals of ECY activity:
To contribute to cultural and professional development of Kazakhstan by integration of young professionals to active public- political life of the country;
To involve youth union in public-political development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
To give opportunities for self –expression of young professionals;
To assist the information exchange between Union participants;
To help to an individual or legal entity to get the objective information about public-political processes undergoing in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
To improve professional skills of society;
Monitoring and protection of rights of all members of the society;
To assist in youth employment including not only development of network and support of youth organizations but strengthen interaction between job agencies, as well as development of entrepreneur initiatives (the most important to assist in employment of youth with disabled abilities;
To support creative initiatives of children, youth, formation of their outlook based on intellectual, humane moral values ( including promotion of patriotic values among children and young people);
To promote social –legal consciousness and healthy lifestyle of children and youth as one of the measure in order to prevent drug addiction and HIV/AIDS;
To strengthen the role of the family institute, to promote demographic development in the Central Asia;
To promote active integration of Kazakhstan youth to the European Union;
We are always open for dialogue with youth organizations, governmental bodies, business organizations, media that contribute to the development of our country in different directions and ready to help to our youth;
ECY – is the organization of YOUTH and for YOUTH. Every young person can find something interesting.

Republic Public Union “Youth Parliament” and Public Union “Eurasian Youth Congress” have organized a skating ring in the open air. Now, everyone can be engaged in sport and play mass sport games. “Happy Hours” campaign is for children from orphanages that allow them free admission and free skate rental for 2 hours. The action is valid on any day of the week and any time!
